Ingredients
Slices of bread (as many as you need to cover your pan)
Tomato Sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese (or other cheese of your choice)
Additional toppings (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
Olive oil (optional)
Oregano (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place the slices of bread in a large baking dish, ensuring that they cover the entire surface.
- Spread a generous layer of tomato sauce over each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. Make sure to coat the bread slices well.
- Add your favorite toppings over the cheese. If you are using pepperoni or similar ingredients, place them on top of the vegetable toppings.
- Drizzle some olive oil over the pizza, if desired.
- Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the loaf are crispy.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting into slices and serving.
