Ingredients
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
1 cup (tea) wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1/3 cup (tea) of oil
3/4 cup (tea) milk
Directions
- In a container, place the eggs, sugar and mix with a spoon or whisk.Â
Add the oil and mix again.Â
Add the chocolate powder, milk, wheat flour and mix for a few more minutes. - Add yeast to the mixture and stir until the dough is smooth and uniform.Â
In a greased and infarinhada shape, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven between 180º₢ and 200º₢ for approximately 35 minutes. - Carefully remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before unmoulding.Â
Cut as you prefer and the simple chocolate cake can now be consumed.
