Ingredients
mayonnaise to taste
5 potatoes
2 boiled eggs
1 box of cream
1 carrot
1 onion
salt to taste
olive oil to taste
Peas and corn to taste
Chopped green chives to taste
Directions
- Add the peeled and diced carrots and potatoes to a pot with enough water to cover.Â
Cook the vegetables for 8 minutes after the water boils, then place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. - Transfer the cooked vegetables to a container and add the chopped onion, the cream, the peas, the corn, the chopped green smell and the mayonnaise to taste.Â
Add salt and olive oil to taste, mix well and leave the salad in the fridge until it freezes.Â
