Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 banana
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons of sugar
80 ml of milk
Directions
- In a container add the eggs, sugar and mix very well with a whisk.
Add the oil, wheat flour, baking powder and mix well.
Add the milk and mix gently until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. - Grease a frying pan with oil, add the banana cut into slices and pour the dough.
Take the skillet to the low fire, cap and turn the dough when it starts to harden.
Cook the other side until golden and the skillet cake is ready to eat.
