Ingredients
1 whole egg
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 teaspoon chemical yeast
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 pinch of oregano
1/2 cup (tea) of milk
Stuffing to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- In a container add the egg and beat well.
Add salt, butter or margarine, milk and sifted wheat flour.
Mix well, add the yeast and mix again until the dough is smooth and uniform. - Unite a non-stick frying pan with oil or butter, place a portion of the dough and spread it on the bottom.
Stuff with the ingredients of your choice and the oregano, finish by making another thin layer with the dough on top and sprinkle oregano. - Take the skillet to the low fire and cap.
Flip the snack when it starts to harden and brown the other side as well.
Remove from the skillet with the aid of a spatula and the skillet snack is ready to serve.
