Ingredients

  • 500g of fresh strawberries

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream

  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Directions

  • Wash the strawberries well and remove the leaves. 
    Reserve a few whole strawberries for garnish.
  • In a blender, add the strawberries and blend until smooth.
  • Dissolve powdered gelatin in water, according to package directions. 
    Reserve.
  • In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and cream until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the strawberry puree to the condensed milk and cream mixture, and stir well.
  • Put the dissolved gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds, just to warm it up.
  • Add the warmed gelatin to the strawberry mixture and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into individual bowls or a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Decorate with fresh strawberries before serving.
