Ingredients
500g of fresh strawberries
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream
1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup of water
Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Wash the strawberries well and remove the leaves.
Reserve a few whole strawberries for garnish. - In a blender, add the strawberries and blend until smooth.
- Dissolve powdered gelatin in water, according to package directions.
Reserve. - In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and cream until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the strawberry puree to the condensed milk and cream mixture, and stir well.
- Put the dissolved gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds, just to warm it up.
- Add the warmed gelatin to the strawberry mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into individual bowls or a large bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Decorate with fresh strawberries before serving.
