Ingredients
400 ml of milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can of drained corn
1 pinch of salt
1/2 can of condensed milk
Cinnamon powder to taste
Directions
- Add the drained corn, milk, condensed milk, corn starch and salt to the blender.Â
Cover the device, beat for a few minutes and transfer to a pan (sieve the mixture if you like).Â
Take to the low fire and cook the mixture for about 15 minutes without stopping mixing to avoid lumps. - Transfer to a refractory and sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste.Â
Allow to cool for approximately 30 minutes, then leave the dessert in the fridge for another 30 minutes and the super creamy curau is ready.
