2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of milk
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste (optional)

- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small, even pieces.Â

Add a pinch of salt to the water. - Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a boil.Â
