We are in the middle of the year 2025. A year that, strictly talking about television material, has had many releases of new seasons and new projects, some that have passed without penalty or glory, and others that have broken records.

Some data:

  • 4 of the 10 most viewed series in the first half of 2025, are original Netflix, 2 of them are from Paramount+, 1 HBO Max, 1 Apple TV+, 1 of Hulu, and 1 Prime Video.
  • Reacher As representative of Prime Video, it makes it clear that the Streamer audience is inclined to the action genre.
  • Although 4 of the 10 series are original from Netflix, their audience fee has decreased from 80% (in 2021) to 50% (in 2025).
