Netflix announced that it has set the premiere date for its new drama series, Zero Daywhich has Robert De Niro in main role.

The miniseries of six episodeshas a luxury cast headed by De Niro, Angela Bassett (9-1-1, Black Panther), Lizzy Caplan (Fatal Attraction), Jesse Plemons (Civil War), John Allen (Lisey’s Story), Connie Britton (9-1-1), Dan Stevens (Abigail), y Matthew Modine (Stranger Things).
Bill Camp (Presumed Innocent), Gaby Hoffmann (Eric), Clark Gregg (Snowpiercer), y McKinley Belcher III (Ozark) are part of the cast in guest star roles.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS:
“De Niro plays respected former US President George Mullen, who, as head of the Zero Day Commission, is charged with finding the perpetrators of a devastating cyber attack that has caused nationwide chaos and thousands of deaths.

Eric Newman, Noah Oppenheim y Michael S. Schmidt are the co-creators and executive producers of Zero Day. Newman and Oppenheim are also the writers and co-showrunners.
De Niro is executive producer alongside Lesli Linka Glatter and Jonathan Glickman. Glatter is the director.
