The end of the year is approaching, and the listings are starting to emerge.
On this occasion, we bring you the Top 10 of the most viewed trailers in 2025and we tell you that the projects you will see in the ranking include sequels and remakes of well-established franchises in the industry.
Number 1 belongs to a movie that surprised everyone with its announcement: The Devil Wears Prada 2with the returns of Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway and Stanley Tucci. The sequel will hit theaters 20 years after the release of the original. You can find all the details of this project here.
The sequel debuted a less than a minute-long teaser trailer last November, which broke record with 181.5 million views in its first 24 hours of online availabilityto become the most viewed comedy trailer in 15 years that the data analysis firm WaveMetrix investigates this type of information (via Forbes).
One-third of the trailer's total views came from Hathaway's personal social media accounts, including her official Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
Two Disney live-action remakes placed second and third: Moana (2026) y Lilo & Stitch (2025), with 161.2 million and 149.4 million views, respectively, in the first 24 hours online.
The teaser trailer for the Marvel reboot, The Fantastic Four: First Stepscame in fourth place with 144.1 million views, while the teaser trailer for Toy Story 5 It came in fifth with 133.6 million views, in its first 24 hours online. The fifth installment of the saga Toy Story opens in theaters in 2026.
Avatar: Fire and Ash, Zootopia 2y Wicked: For Goodalso entered the Top 10. The only two films in the ranking that are not a sequel, remake, reboot or existing studio IP are The Odyssey by Christopher Nolan and Michaelthe biopic of Michael Jackson.
