In a few weeks, we will have the return of the Addams Family on the small screen with the vision that the director Tim Burton put together for the live-action series “Wednesday”, spinoff of The Addams Family Focused on Wednesday Addams (or Merlina as we know her in this market), played by Jenna Ortega (Scream 5, X, The Fallout).
With release date set in Netflix for him fall 2022, the streamer continues the fun and successful marketing campaign, launching an official site for Nevermore Academy, the fictional school that Merlina will attend in the series, and the alma mater of Gomez and Morticia Addams. Along with the website, a promotional video was released inviting the audience to join the academy in question.

The showrunners series Alfred Gough y Miles Millaralso has among its ranks Catherine Zeta-Jones -which interprets the Morticia Addams–, Luis Guzman as Gomez Addams Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams, Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones) as principal of Nevermore Academy, and Christina Ricci (who played Merlina in the Addams movies of the 90s), in a secret role, although it is confirmed that it is a new character.

The television project has been underway on Netflix since February 2021. The series is scheduled for its premiere on streamer for fall 2022with exact day to be confirmed.
