Make a perfect Turkey Breast Pâté using these ingredients from the list and following the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 200g chopped smoked turkey breast

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1 clove of minced garlic

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add the chopped turkey breast and sauté for a few minutes.
  • In a blender or food processor, place the turkey breast sauce, mayonnaise and cream. 
    Beat until you get a homogeneous cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Place the pâté in a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
