Vanilla and Chocolate Mixed Cake

Ingredients
3 whole eggs
3 cups wheat flour (tea)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup (tea) of milk (240 ml)
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence (optional)
1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder 50% cocoa
Directions
- Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites in a mixer or manually with a spoon until they become snowy.Â
Pass to another container and book. - Beat the sugar, egg yolks and margarine or butter in a mixer or by hand until it turns into a homogeneous and whitish cream.
- Add the milk, wheat flour, egg whites to the mixture and beat in a mixer for 1 minute or very well by hand.
- Add the vanilla and beat for another 2 minutes.Â
Place the baking soda and beat to mix. - Place a little more than half in a form lined with butter paper or greased with margarine and wheat flour.
- Add the sifted 50% cocoa chocolate to the rest of the dough and beat very well to mix completely.
- Gradually distribute the chocolate mass over the white mass.Â
Then gently mix the masses with a toothpick to form a design. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- Wait for the cake to cool before unmolding or cutting and the vanilla and chocolate blended cake is ready.
