Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 large or 3 medium eggs
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1/2 cup (tea) of water
1 pinch of salt
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
10 drops of vanilla essence
Directions
- In the blender add the eggs, oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and beat for 2 minutes.
- Add the vanilla essence, wheat flour, baking powder and beat in pulsar mode to mix well.
- Grease a mold with butter and flour, pour in all the dough and bake for between 40 and 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Let the cake cool at room temperature, unmold it if you prefer and the water cake can now be served.
