Ingredients

  • 100ml chilled cream for chantilly

  • 270 grams of white chocolate (3 bars)

  • 40 grams of cream at room temperature (2 tablespoons)

Directions

  • Chop the white chocolate and melt it in the microwave every 15 seconds, or in a pan over a water bath.
  • Add the cream of milk at room temperature and mix very well until you form a white ganache.
  • Beat the whipping cream with a mixer or hand mixer until very creamy and add to the ganache.
  • Mix until the ingredients are incorporated, leave it in the fridge for at least two hours and the white chocolate mousse recipe is ready.
