3 cans of cream (200 grams each)
2 cans of condensed milk (395 grams each)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Directions
- Add the cream, condensed milk and butter or margarine to a pan.Â
Stir the ingredients very well until the mixture is homogenized.Â
Take the pan to the fire and mix non stop. - Keep mixing non-stop and after the cream comes to a boil, cook until it thickens and becomes more consistent.Â
Turn off the heat, wait for the white cream to cool down to room temperature or refrigerate for a few hours and the recipe is ready.
