With this practical and delicious white cream you can increase several desserts!

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of cream (200 grams each)

  • 2 cans of condensed milk (395 grams each)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Directions

  • Add the cream, condensed milk and butter or margarine to a pan. 
    Stir the ingredients very well until the mixture is homogenized. 
    Take the pan to the fire and mix non stop.
  • Keep mixing non-stop and after the cream comes to a boil, cook until it thickens and becomes more consistent. 
    Turn off the heat, wait for the white cream to cool down to room temperature or refrigerate for a few hours and the recipe is ready.
