After starring in numerous projects of different genres, Liam Neeson found new life at the age of 56, when the action and revenge film, Takenknown in our market as relentless search.
In relentless searchNeeson conquered everyone and everyone with a “very particular set of skills”playing Bryan Mills, a retired CIA agent who travels to Europe and relies on his old skills to save his daughter, Kim (Maggie Grace), who has been kidnapped during a trip to Paris.

“It seemed to have touched something on the psychic nerve of the movie-going public.”
The first installment led to two sequels. But not only that, it led Neeson to be part of numerous action projects such as The A-Team, Unknown, Non-Stop, Run All Night, The Commuter, Cold Pursuit, Men in Black: International, Honest Thief, The Ice Road, Blacklightamong others.
Among his upcoming feature films in the same genre are sequels to Run All Night y Ice Roadin addition to Absolutionwhich is about to premiere on November 1, 2024.
The director of this film, Hans Petter Moland, told the media that Neeson had no problem with the physical aspect of his role, but The actor warns that he is already considering his retirement from action:
“I'm 72 years old, this has to end at some point”says Neeson, who acts in his own fight scenes but leaves the more intricate stunt work to his longtime collaborator, Mark Vanselow. “You can't fool the public. “I don't want Mark to fight for me in my fight scenes.”
Neeson is considering retiring from the genre, but has not made a firm commitment:
“Maybe late next year. “I think that’s it.”
