Ingredients

  • 400 grams of ground beef 2 times – Lagarto or Tatu (as it is called in the south of the country) or Paulista (as it is called in 
    Bahia )

  • ½ tablespoon of grated garlic or 8 grams

  • ¼ cup (tea) of grated onion without excess water – before grating it weighed 220 grams whole with the skin

  • ½ tablespoon red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar or 8 grams

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil or 10 grams

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper or 0.25 grams

  • 1 teaspoon of oregano or 0.5 gram

  • 1 teaspoon of salt or 5 grams

  • 1 egg or 50 grams

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley or 8 grams

  • 1 cup (tea) sifted breadcrumbs or 110 grams

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 400 grams of ground beef twice – Lagarto or Tatu (as it is called in the south of the country) or Paulista (as it is called in Bahia);
  • Add ½ tablespoon of grated garlic or 8 grams;
  • Add ¼ cup (tea) of grated onion without excess water – before grating it weighed 220 grams whole with the skin;
  • Add ½ tablespoon of red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar or 8 grams;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or 10 grams;
  • Add ⅛ teaspoon of ground black pepper or 0.25 grams;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of oregano or 0.5 gram;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt or 5 grams;
  • Add 1 egg or 50 grams;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley or 8 grams;
  • Mix and knead well;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) of sifted breadcrumbs or 110 grams;
  • Shake well;
  • Make balls;
  • In a pan, add the tomato sauce;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • Add olive oil, pepper and such to taste;
  • Let it boil;
  • In a pan, add oil;
  • Add the meatballs when the oil is hot;
  • Turn them over to fry on both sides;
  • Add the fried meatballs to the pan with sauce and bring to a boil;
  • Mix and leave for 20 minutes;
