Luís Guilherme, ex-Palmeiras, leaves West Ham and agrees with Portuguese club

According to the Portuguese newspaper A Bola, Sporting will pay the English club an amount of around 20 million euros, considering a fixed amount and goal bonuses, an amount close to R$130 million. The athlete also aroused interest from Brazilian clubs, but chose to transfer to Portugal as he prioritized remaining in European football.

Luís Guilherme is 19 years old and was revealed by Palmeiras. The striker was traded to West Ham in 2024 for 23 million euros. In the sale contract, Alviverde maintained the right to 20% of the surplus value in a possible resale, a clause that will not be activated if the negotiation with Sporting is concluded for a value lower than that paid by the English.
