For Sundance 2026, one of the projects that captures our attention is the horror film Buddyfrom co-writer and director Casper Kellywhich will celebrate its world premiere with a screening in the section Midnight.

What is the Midnight section?: From horror and comedy to works that defy genre classification, these films will keep you awake, even in the darkest hour. Films that have been released in this category in recent years include FRESH, Hereditary, Mandy, Relic, Assassination Nation y The Babadook.
