Netflix debuted on first teaser trailer for your new supernatural drama and horror miniseries, Something Very Bad is Going to Happencreated by Haley Z. Bostonand executive produced by Matt Duffer y Ross Duffercreators of Stranger Things.
The first trailer is turning the belief that weddings are a reason for happiness on its head, implementing a terrifying twist in the countdown to the big day, showing a week before the ceremony in a pressure chamber where superstition begins to feel like an instinct full of indecipherable warning signs.
Weronika Tofilska (Baby Reindeer) is the lead director, and executive produces all 8 episodes.
The story follows an engaged couple in the week leading up to their ill-fated wedding. Camila Morrone (Daisy Jones & the Six) plays Rachel, five days away from marrying her fiancé Nicky, played by Adam DiMarco (The White Lotus), as the couple heads on a road trip to his family's vacation home, isolated in a snowy forest, for the intimate ceremony they have planned.
The title of the miniseries makes it clear, and in case you had any doubts, we share the brief synopsis: “A wedding couple in the week before their unfortunate wedding”.
This would be a miniseries that presents a horror version of a woman who gets married: less of a fairy tale, more of an existential trap. Rachel's fear grows as disturbing coincidences and “terrible surprises” pile up, forcing her to question what makes two people soulmates and what could be scarier than giving her entire life to the wrong person.

The cast also includes Jeff Wilbusch, Karla Crome, Gus Birney, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Ted Levine y Sawyer Fraser.
