To make this creamy biscuit cake, you’ll need only a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of biscuits

  • Milk to soak the biscuits

  • 2 containers of chilled cream (600 g)

  • 1 can of chilled sweetened condensed milk (395 g)

  • Semi-sweet chocolate for topping (optional)

Directions

  • Beat the chilled condensed milk and cream with a mixer on low speed until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • Line the bottom of a baking dish with the biscuits soaked in milk and spread a layer of cream on top.
  • Add another layer of soaked biscuits and alternate layers of cream and biscuits, finishing with a layer of cream.
  • Grate some semi-sweet chocolate on top (optional) and refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours.
  • Once it is well chilled, cut the biscuit cake into pieces and it is ready to serve.
