Ingredients
200 g of biscuits
Milk to soak the biscuits
2 containers of chilled cream (600 g)
1 can of chilled sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
Semi-sweet chocolate for topping (optional)
Directions
- Beat the chilled condensed milk and cream with a mixer on low speed until the mixture becomes creamy.

- Line the bottom of a baking dish with the biscuits soaked in milk and spread a layer of cream on top.
- Add another layer of soaked biscuits and alternate layers of cream and biscuits, finishing with a layer of cream.

- Grate some semi-sweet chocolate on top (optional) and refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours.
- Once it is well chilled, cut the biscuit cake into pieces and it is ready to serve.
