3 eggs
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of milk (use the empty corn can as the measure)
1/2 can of oil
1 can of sugar
1 can of yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, milk, drained sweet corn, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and liquid. Add the cornmeal and blend again until fully incorporated.

- Add the baking powder and blend quickly just to combine the batter.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with cornmeal.

- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 to 50 minutes.
- Cut the corn cake into pieces after it has cooled, and it is ready to serve.
