Peacock presented the first official look at its upcoming series, The Good Daughterstarring Rose Byrne (If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, Platonic) y Meghann Fahy (The White Lotus, Sirens).

The streaming platform shared the image on Instagram, saying “Here's a first look at The Good Daughter”.

The miniseries is based on the best-selling novel by Karin Slaughterwho writes and executive produces the Peacock project.

The Good Daughter tells the story of two estranged sisters, who try to rebuild their lives after a traumatic event. The Quinn sisters, Samantha and Charlotte, have spent the last twenty-eight years trying to piece together lives fractured by a single night of violence.

Billed as a “suspenseful thriller wrapped in a deeply emotional story about love, family and resilience,” the miniseries centers on two sisters, Charlotte (Fahy) and Samantha (Byrne), who have spent the last twenty years trying to rebuild lives that were shattered by a single night of violence. When another attack rocks the small town of Pikeville, Charlotte, now a lawyer like her father, is the first witness to arrive on the scene. As the case unfolds and is intertwined with painful memories and buried secrets, what emerges is not only a story of survival, but also of the enduring bonds between a father and his daughters, and the complex bond between sisters.

The cast also includes Brendan Gleeson, Harper Steele, Olivia Williams, Drew Ann Cheek, Audrey Grace Marshall y Michael Dorman.

The 8 episodes are directed by Steph Green.

Executive producers are Rose Byrne, Steph Green, Casey Haver, Steve Hutensky, Bruna Papandrea, Karin Slaughter. Darren M. Demetre is the producer.

The miniseries premieres November 12, 2026.
