Ingredients
180 g grated beetroot
250 ml orange juice
50 g sugar
60 ml vinegar
60 ml liquid pectin
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Add the grated beetroot, orange juice, vinegar, sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes to a saucepan.

- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid reduces and the beetroot becomes tender.
- Add the liquid pectin and continue cooking, stirring well, until the beetroot pieces come together and the syrup thickens.

- Remove the beet jam from the heat, let it cool, and transfer it to a glass jar with a lid.
- Store the jam in the refrigerator and enjoy it with meats, cheeses, breads and toast, pancakes, yogurt, and much more.
