Ingredients
1 medium ripe avocado
2 frozen bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons 50% cocoa powder
Granola, fruit, chocolate, or honey for topping
Directions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh, chop it, and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add the 50% cocoa powder and brown sugar. Mash and mix very well.

- Place the mixture in a food processor or blender, add the frozen banana slices, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mousse to a large bowl, dessert glasses, or small serving cups.
