150 g blueberries
50 g sugar
50 ml vinegar
80 ml liquid pectin
120 ml peach juice, orange juice, or filtered water
Directions
- Add the blueberries, peach juice (or orange juice or water), sugar, and vinegar to a saucepan.

- Cook over low heat, stirring well, until the blueberries burst and the mixture starts to boil.
- Add the liquid pectin and cook, stirring well, until the mixture boils again.

- Blend the jam with an immersion blender, food processor, or blender if desired, then return it to the saucepan.
- Cook, stirring well, until thickened. Serve after cooling, or store the jam in the refrigerator.
