Ingredients

  • 150 g blueberries

  • 50 g sugar

  • 50 ml vinegar

  • 80 ml liquid pectin

  • 120 ml peach juice, orange juice, or filtered water

Directions

  • Add the blueberries, peach juice (or orange juice or water), sugar, and vinegar to a saucepan.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring well, until the blueberries burst and the mixture starts to boil.
  • Add the liquid pectin and cook, stirring well, until the mixture boils again.
  • Blend the jam with an immersion blender, food processor, or blender if desired, then return it to the saucepan.
  • Cook, stirring well, until thickened. Serve after cooling, or store the jam in the refrigerator.
