Ingredients
2 pork chops
2 drizzles of olive oil
100 ml dry white wine
Ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh lemon juice, to taste
Lemon jelly, to taste
Salt, to taste
Directions
- Arrange the pork chops in a dish. Season with salt and ground black pepper, then drizzle with one portion of the olive oil. Turn the pork chops over, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and pour in the dry white wine.

- Cover the dish and marinate the pork chops in the refrigerator for a few hours, or preferably overnight.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add one pork chop and cook without moving it until browned. Turn it over and cook the other side until nicely browned.

- Transfer the pork chop to a plate. Cook the second pork chop in the same skillet, browning both sides.
- Finish by drizzling fresh lemon juice over the pork chops and topping them with lemon jam to taste. Serve immediately.
