Ingredients
200 g shredded dried coconut
Pulp of 1 large passion fruit (160 g)
1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 bottle (200 ml) coconut milk
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
Directions
- Add the passion fruit pulp and sugar to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a boil and reduces slightly.

- Add the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and shredded dried coconut. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
- Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the bottom of the pan. Remove from the heat.

- Spoon the creamy cocada into small dessert cups or bowls. If preferred, transfer it to a serving dish.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled. Store in the refrigerator before serving and refrigerate any leftovers.
