Spider-Man: Brand New Day is looking for a theatrical re-release.
The highest-grossing film in the history of the American box office and the third highest-grossing in all of history at the global box office, wants a relaunch in theaters.
According to reports from Deadline, the revival of the fourth solo adventure of Tom Holland as Peter Parker, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton for Sony Pictures, will include additional footage, with unpublished scenes that include, among other elements, the appearance of Rosario Dawson playing Claire Temple.
Temple is a nurse who provides medical assistance to security guards and has appeared in the first and second seasons of the series. Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage and the spin-off, The Defenders. In interviews, Dawson has mentioned that he filmed a scene for Brand New Daybut this was eliminated. The source explains that “There will be more surprises in the additional material”.
