  • 100 ml of very cold milk (1/2 cup of tea)

  • 4 tablespoons (soup vinegar or lemon juice)

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 150 ml soy oil (3/4 cup of tea)

Directions

  • In a blender, add 100 ml of very cold milk (1/2 cup of tea);
  • Add 4 tablespoons (soup of vinegar or lemon juice);
  • Add 4 cloves of garlic;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 150 ml of soy oil (3/4 cup of tea) little by little, while beating;
  • Add salt to taste and beat some more;
