100 ml of very cold milk (1/2 cup of tea)
4 tablespoons (soup vinegar or lemon juice)
4 cloves of garlic
150 ml soy oil (3/4 cup of tea)
Directions
- In a blender, add 100 ml of very cold milk (1/2 cup of tea);
- Add 4 tablespoons (soup of vinegar or lemon juice);
- Add 4 cloves of garlic;
- Beat well;
- Add 150 ml of soy oil (3/4 cup of tea) little by little, while beating;
- Add salt to taste and beat some more;
