Ingredients
500 grams of wheat flour
300 ml of slightly warm milk
40 ml of oil or melted butter
10 grams of dry yeast
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of milk
1 yolk
Directions
- In a bowl put half of the wheat flour, the yeast and mix.Â
Add salt, sugar, oil or melted butter and slightly warm milk.Â
Mix well and gradually add the rest of the flour until the dough starts to get firm. - Mix the dough well with sanitized hands for a few minutes, until it is smooth and comes off easily.Â
Let the covered dough rest until it rises and doubles in size. - Make balls with portions of the dough and shape the buns in the way you prefer.Â
Place them side-by-side and set aside again to allow them to grow more.Â
Then mix the yolk with a spoon of milk and brush over the breads. - Bake the buns for approximately 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢, until golden and the milk buns are ready.
