Ingredients
500 grams of clean shrimp
1/2 cup of oil for frying
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of Bahia seasoning
1 lemon for garnish
2 garlic cloves
Directions
- Place the cleaned shrimp, Bahian seasoning, chopped garlic, vinegar and salt in a container.
Stir well and set aside for half an hour for the shrimp to absorb the flavor of the seasoning. - Add the oil in a frying pan, preheat and add the prawns when the oil is hot.
