Tasty and practical, fried shrimp is the kind of dish that whets your appetite just by smelling it!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of clean shrimp

  • 1/2 cup of oil for frying

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon of Bahia seasoning

  • 1 lemon for garnish

  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions

  • Place the cleaned shrimp, Bahian seasoning, chopped garlic, vinegar and salt in a container. 
    Stir well and set aside for half an hour for the shrimp to absorb the flavor of the seasoning.
  • Add the oil in a frying pan, preheat and add the prawns when the oil is hot. 
    Fry until the prawns are crispy and lightly browned, stirring constantly.
  • Transfer the prawns to a plate or plate with paper towels, decorate with the lemon and the recipe is ready to serve.
