Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of corn starch
1 box of condensed milk
200 ml of coconut milk
500 grams of grated coconut
Directions
- Beat the eggs in a container, add almost all the coconut milk (reserve a little), the condensed milk, mix well and set aside.
In a separate container, place the corn starch, a little coconut milk and mix until dissolved. - Add the cornstarch mixture to the egg mixture, add the grated coconut and mix well until the dough is homogenized.
Pour into a greased shape and spread evenly. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cocada for approximately 40 minutes.
Carefully remove from the oven, allow to cool before slicing and the oven cocada is ready to serve.
