4 pre-cooked potatoes
3 cups boiling water (tea)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon wheat flour
1 package meat flavoring powder
1 cup of water (to mix with the wheat flour)
200 grams of sour cream
400 grams of sliced ​​onion
Black pepper to taste
Green smell to taste

Directions
- Cook the potatoes until al dente and set aside.Â
In a pan melt the butter and add the sliced ​​onion, minced garlic and pre-cooked potatoes.Â
Add the boiling water, the meat-flavored seasoning powder, black pepper and salt to taste and mix well. - In a container add the wheat flour with 1 cup of water.Â
