Ingredients

  • 4 pre-cooked potatoes

  • 3 cups boiling water (tea)

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour

  • 1 package meat flavoring powder

  • 1 cup of water (to mix with the wheat flour)

  • 200 grams of sour cream

  • 400 grams of sliced ​​onion

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Green smell to taste

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Cook the potatoes until al dente and set aside. 
    In a pan melt the butter and add the sliced ​​onion, minced garlic and pre-cooked potatoes. 
    Add the boiling water, the meat-flavored seasoning powder, black pepper and salt to taste and mix well.
  • In a container add the wheat flour with 1 cup of water. 
    Add to the pan and stir occasionally while cooking. 
    Add the cream of milk and mix well to homogenize.
  • Transfer the contents of the pan to a blender and blend for a few minutes, until the creamy mixture is smooth and uniform. 
    Then return the cream to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the fire and add the chopped green smell. 
    Mix some more and the onion soup is ready to serve.
