In addition to being practical, this canned corn cake is super tasty!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 can of green corn

  • 1 measure of yellow cornmeal tin

  • 1 measure of sugar can

  • 1 measure of milk can

  • 1/2 measure can of oil

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • In the blender place the eggs, oil, milk, corn and sugar. 
    Beat well and add the yellow cornmeal. 
    Beat some more, add the baking soda and beat quickly to homogenize.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake the cake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • After removing the cake from the oven, wait for it to cool at room temperature. 
    Then pass a knife on the sides of the mold if you prefer to unmold it and the corn cake is ready for consumption.
