Ingredients
1 egg
2 tablespoons grated cheese
2 tablespoons cottage cheese
Olive oil for greasing the frying pan
Directions
- In a vasil add the egg, grated cheese and cottage cheese.
Mix very well to homogenize the dough and transfer to a preheated skillet greased with a little olive oil. - Spread the dough and let it cook until it starts to harden and turn golden.
Turn the dough over with a spatula and let the other side brown as well.
Serve the pancake with the stuffing or accompaniment of your choice.
