Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese

  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese

  • Olive oil for greasing the frying pan

Directions

  • In a vasil add the egg, grated cheese and cottage cheese. 
    Mix very well to homogenize the dough and transfer to a preheated skillet greased with a little olive oil.
  • Spread the dough and let it cook until it starts to harden and turn golden. 
    Turn the dough over with a spatula and let the other side brown as well. 
    Serve the pancake with the stuffing or accompaniment of your choice.
