Ingredients
2 cans of sardines
2 beets
2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise (or light cottage cheese cream)
Seasoning to taste (onion, oregano, pepper, juice of 1/2 lemon, parsley, salt, etc.)
Directions
- Cook the beets in the pressure cooker until they are soft and grind them well with a food processor.
Add the chopped onion and salt to taste and process some more. - Place the sardines in a refractory and roughly mash with a fork.
Add the pepper, the oregano and the chopped green smell to taste, the mayonnaise and the beetroot processed with the onion.
Mix until homogenized and the beet and sardine pâté can now be served.
