Ingredients
250ml whole milk
40 grams of grated parmesan cheese
1 cup (tea) of sugar
2 cans of drained corn
2 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
- Place the drained corns and whole milk in a blender and beat for 2 minutes.
Then pass the mixture through a sieve, pressing it with a spoon into a container and add the butter, sugar, grated Parmesan cheese, cornstarch and mix very well. - Pour the mixture into a greased shape with butter or margarine and place it inside a larger roasting pan with water.
Completely cover the mold with the mixture with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake in a water bath for about 60 minutes. - Carefully remove the tamale from the oven and wait for it to cool slightly at room temperature, or if you prefer to consume the dessert cold, leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours, and the dessert is ready to serve.
