Ingredients
4 beaten whole eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 kg of raw cassava
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml of coconut milk
100 grams of coconut flakes
Directions
- In a container place the grated raw cassava, the beaten eggs, the milk, the melted butter or margarine, the sugar, the coconut milk, the salt and the coconut flakes.
Mix well until the mass is homogenized. - Grease a baking dish with oil and flour, transfer all the dough to it and bake for approximately 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
Let it cool down, turn it out onto a plate or platter and the cassava cake is ready.
