Buttery cake is the kind of recipe that makes children and adults happy!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar (160 grams)

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk (240 ml)

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (14 grams)

  • 1 pinch of salt (03 grams)

  • 2 cups of wheat flour (240 grams)

  • 3 tablespoons of margarine or butter (80 grams)

Directions

  • In a blender beat the eggs with the sugar, butter or margarine, salt, milk and vanilla essence for 1 minute. 
    Transfer to a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour, preferably sifted, while stirring well. 
    Place the baking soda and stir to homogenize.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter or oil, sprinkle with flour and place the dough. 
  • Then place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 30 minutes. 
    Remove from the oven, wait to cool down before unmolding and the buttery cake can now be served.
