Don’t be in doubt about which dish to make in your day-to-day rush, make this creamy pasta and enjoy it with ease!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of screw pasta

  • 150 grams of bacon

  • 3 and 1/2 cups (tea) of water

  • 2 boxes or 1 can of cream

  • 1 and 1/2 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 thread of olive oil

  • grated cheese to taste

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Cut the bacon into cubes and fry in a pressure cooker with a drizzle of olive oil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Add tomato sauce, sour cream, pasta, salt and water. 
    Mix well, cap and wait to get pressure.
  • After taking pressure cook for 3 minutes, then carefully lift part of the pot pin with a spoon and let the pressure release little by little.
  • Mix the ingredients very well, serve the pasta with bacon and finish by adding grated cheese to taste on top.
