Make a very tasty Blender Pie using these ingredients below and following the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

  • salt to taste

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 can of drained corn

  • 1 can of drained peas

  • 200 grams of chopped ham

  • 200 grams of shredded cheese (mozzarella, dish, or other of your choice)

  • Chopped parsley and chives to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour, baking powder and salt. 
    Beat everything until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add the chopped tomato and sauté for a few more minutes.
  • Add the green corn, peas, ham and chopped cheese. 
    Season with salt, pepper and add the parsley and chives. 
    Mix everything and turn off the heat.
  • In a greased and infarcted shape, pour half the blender mass.
  • Distribute the filling over the dough in the form.
  • Cover the filling with the rest of the dough.
  • Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the pie is golden and firm.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
  • Serve the pie warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • You can vary the filling of the pie according to your taste, adding other ingredients such as shredded chicken, pepperoni, heart of palm, creamy cheese, among others. Enjoy your blender pie!
