Marvel Studios released a new teaser for the highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsdaywhich arrives a few days after the great promo released during the broadcast of the first game of the MLB World Series.
The latest teaser puts a big emphasis on the dynamic between Thor (Chris Hemsworth) y Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), recognizing that they are both worthy of wielding the enchanted hammer, Mjolnir, with Thor taking a leadership role and haranguing the group of superheroes with a blunt warning: “Doom will tear this world apart. Unite and stand together.”
This dramatic tone is quickly balanced by the intervention of Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), who provides his characteristic touch of lightness. The teaser jokes about the various characters who have carried the mantle of Captain America – specifically Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson and US Agent – to which the latter quickly interjects: “I was Captain America for a minute too.”

Doomsday follows Marvel superheroes from three different universes as they are forced to confront an unprecedented existential threat: Doctor Doom (Robert Downey Jr.).
The film directed by brothers Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, will be the 39th installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the fifth of the Avengers and the seventh of Phase Six of the MCU.

The Russo brothers direct Doomsday with script Stephen McFeely (Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, Captain America: The Winter Soldier). The filmmakers will also direct the next installment of the Avengers, Secret Wars.

The filming of Doomsday was made in London in 2025. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige is producing the feature alongside Anthony and Joe Russo's AGBO, Louis D'Esposito and Jonathan Schwartz. Callum McDougall is executive producer.
Avengers: Doomsday premieres in theaters December 17, 2026. It will be screened in Infinity Vision, a new certification for large format movie theaters launched by The Walt Disney Company, which in simpler words, seeks to be the competition for IMAX.
