Under that premise, Sony Pictures presented the First official trailer of Caught Stealinga psychological and dramatic thriller in charge of the director Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, The Whale), starring Austin Butler (Elvis, Dune: Part Two) y Zoë Kravitz (The Batman, Big Little Lies),
The plot focuses on Hank Thompson (Butler), a former baseball player exhausted, who, without knowing it, is involved in a Wild fighting for survival in the underworld of the New York City Center of the 90s.
The rest of the cast includes Matt Smith (House of the Dragon, The Crown), Regina King (Watchmen, Shirley), Vincent D’Onofrio (Godfather of Harlem, Daredevil: Born Again), Liev Schreiber (The Perfect Couple, Asteroid City), Bad Bunny (Cassandro, Bullet Train) y Griffin Dunne (This Is Us, An American Werewolf in London).
The film is based on the novel of Charlie Hustonbeing himself in charge of adapting the script for the feature film. Is inspired by the classic After Hours (1985) by Martin Scorsese, which curiously, starred by Dunne.
In addition to Black Swan y The WhaleAronofsky has directed outstanding titles such as The Wrestler y Requiem for a Dream.
Aronofsky, Jeremy Dawson, Dylan Golden and Ari Handel are the producers of Caught Stealing. Sony Pictures is the producer and distributor.
Sony set the premiere Caught Stealing for August 29, 2025 in Cineses from the USA, and on October 2 in Latin America. In our market it is titled Trapped stealing.
