Ingredients
120 g bacon
150 g ricotta
1 onion, sliced
1 dessert spoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
4 garlic cloves, sliced
Salt to taste
Directions
- Finely chop the bacon into thin slices and fry it on both sides in a skillet until lightly golden.

- Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, the sliced onion, and garlic. Season with salt and sauté, stirring well.

- Place the bacon, sautéed onion and garlic, and ricotta into a food processor and blend well. Add the yogurt and pulse briefly to combine.
- Transfer the bacon pâté to a small container, serve as desired, and store it in the refrigerator.
